Home gun raid

A MAN and a woman were assaulted recently after a group of people broke into their Dandenong home.
Police are searching for five men and a woman who allegedly produced a firearm during the aggravated burglary on Tuesday, 6 December.
The incident occurred between 3am and 6am at the house in Menzies Avenue.
Police said the offenders took off either in a car or on foot towards Menzies Park after the burglary.

A 21-YEAR-OLD Dandenong man was assaulted and robbed by a group of seven men last week.
The man’s wallet and phone were stolen about 10pm on Tuesday, 13 December on King Street, Dandenong, near the intersection of Cleeland Street.
Police said the men chased the victim in a dark-coloured sedan from King Street towards Cleeland Street.
One of the men has been described as of average height, solid build, with dark hair in a ponytail and of Islander appearance.
The victim received minor injuries.
