Endeavour Hills winning train continues to roll on, stopping all stations to a finals berth after they claimed full points against a gallant Ivanhoe outfit.
Ivanhoe won the toss and elected to bat posting 180. Akshay Ballal continued his form with the ball taking 3/30 in his nine overs.
Tom Corrie (44) was Ivanhoe’s best batter and was also handy with the ball taking 2/21. Endeavour Hills lost Tyrell Panditharatne early for three bringing Thilakarathna Dilshan to the crease. Dilshan (39) combined with Chenutha Wickramasinghe (76) to reach the target with 10 overs to spare.
The win sees Endeavour Hills sitting second on the ladder on percentage.
The move comes after Kew had a seven-wicket win over Strathmore.

Catani suffered another loss at the hands of Hallora at home on Saturday.
The loss ends Catani’s hopes of making finals.
The Cats could only manage 144 against Hallora; Fraser Duncan (71) was the dagger in Catani’s side as he got the away side home by eight wickets.
Third placed Western Park has almost ended Drouin’s chances of finals after a 65-run win. Leigh Diston (51) helped the Warriors reach the 191 target.
Drouin struggled to formulate any momentum moving forward or creating any valuable partnerships. Sam Batson continued his good form with the ball taking 3/27. Batson and co helped restrict Drouin to 126.
Two bottom-placed sides, Warragul and Buln Buln, faced off to create some off-season momentum. Eddie McGillivray (47) helped the Gulls reach the 214 run target.
Buln Buln opener Lachlan Jagoe (50) and Wilson Pollock (52) helped Buln reach the target with three overs to spare. Nathan Macfarlane took 3/36 but couldn’t make an impact to stop the Buln assault. The Lyre-Birds winning by four-wickets.
Ellinbank asserted its dominance in the top-half of the table, with a convincing six-wicket win over Yarragon away from home.
The Panthers managed to post a 156-run total which included a Gamini Kumara 66. Sean Masterson did his best with the ball taking 2/44 to halt the Yarragon total.
Ellinbank opener Matthew Farthing (71) and Bryce Joyce (47) put on an opening stand of 96 for the first wicket.
The win sees the Eagles tied on top of the table with Hallora with just percentage separating the two teams.
