Aiming high for April

Emerson School students hit the basketball court as they gear up for Premier’s Active April.

The State Government initiative aims to get Victorians up and exercising for 30 minutes a day during April.

During the month, residents have access to offers such as 10 free passes to Dandenong Oasis, Noble Park Aquatic Centre and Springers Leisure Centre.

Registration is free.

Participants can access videos of 30 different 10-minute workouts on mobile apps and websites.

Their progress can be logged online as they collect rewards in a virtual trophy cabinet.
