Boys charged after school raid

A 13-YEAR-OLD Dandenong boy has been arrested and charged with various offences following a burglary at Pakenham Secondary College last week.
The teenager and a 15-year-old boy from Doveton were found to be in possession of stolen goods at Yarraman Railway station after 16 laptops were stolen from the Princes Highway school.
Police believe the raid, in which various brands of laptops were taken from the secondary college’s technology office, occurred on Monday 28 January. The two boys have been charged with numerous offences including theft and handling stolen goods. A 15-year-old Pakenham boy was later charged with burglary and theft.
All three youths will appear in the Dandenong Children’s Court at a later date.
Police say they are still investigating the theft.
