SPRINGVALE Police are calling for witnesses to a spate of construction site thefts they believe may be related.
Sergeant Geoff Straughen said at least 10 thefts from construction sites around Springvale had occurred over the past two months.
He said there was no figurative value placed on the goods stolen, but items included whitegoods and air-conditioning units.
Sgt Straughen said police were confident the thefts were related “because of the type of stuff going on” at each site.
He said each of the burglaries had occurred at night.
