DUMPED Dandenong Rangers baskbetall coach Gary Fox has been reappointed as assistant coach to the Australian Opals women’s basketball team.
Basketball Australia this week reaffirmed its loyalty to Fox, who coached the Dandenong Rangers to two consecutive WNBL titles and is also coach of the Australian under-21 women’s team, the Sapphires.
Star revealed last month that the Dandenong Basketball Association controversially sacked Fox, who committed five years to the club.
