POLICE are searching for a man who masturbated in front of a 16-year-old girl outside a Springvale pizza shop on Monday night.
Dandenong police said the girl was walking along Springvale Road near Ash Grove when she noticed a man sitting on a red chair outside a pizza shop.
Police said the man had exposed his penis and began masturbating in front of the girl.
The 16-year-old Springvale girl ran into the pizza shop where she called police.
The man is described as in his late 40s or early 50s, of Middle Eastern appearance, bald with grey hair around the side.
He was wearing a light brown or tan jacket with grey pants at the time.

A 46-YEAR-OLD Keysborough woman was assaulted in her own home on Friday, 20 July.
Police are this week seeking witnesses or anyone with information about the incident.
Police said that at 10.30am on Friday 20 July a man broke into a house in Henderson Road, Keysborough.
He assaulted the woman, causing minor injuries, then fled down Henderson Road.
The man is believed to be aged in his 30s, 180cm with blonde hair, of medium build with a a bandage around his jaw and head.
He was wearing a light coloured top and dark pants.
