OLYMPIC silver medalist Brooke Hanson will be guest speaker at the next Greater Dandenong Chamber of Commerce Premier Regional Business Awards Breakfast.
The breakfast will be held at the Sandhurst Club in Skye and Ms Hanson, who recently retired from swimming, will have the honour of motivating the Greater Dandenong business community at the wee hours of the morning on Wednesday 28 November.
Ms Hanson won Olympic silver for Australia in 100m breaststroke at the Athens Olympic Games in 2004.
The 27-year-old also made headlines this year when she and her sister suffered an electric shock while modelling at a spa and pool exhibition.
Ms Hanson lives in Mitcham and trains at Nunawading, and holds the Australian Record for women’s 50m breaststroke.
