POLICE have recovered some stolen property – now all they need is the owner to come forward.
The recovered items include four video door phone kits, one tradesman’s tool belt containing chalklines, a Stanley knife and measuring tape, a toolbox containing a Basso nail gun, a Stanley screwdriver set in a box and a red leather football.
Police believe the items were stolen between 8.30pm last Friday and 8am Saturday from the Doveton or Dandenong area and possibly from a car or industrial shops.
The owner of the stolen property can contact Constable Yunus Miller at Endeavour Hills Police Station on 9709 7666. Police have charged a 30-year-old Dandenong man with theft and handling stolen goods.
