THE Dandenong Fire Brigade’s rescue unit had to cut a trapped driver free from his car after it hit a power pole last Thursday (5 August) evening.
The male P plate driver suffered leg injuries in the single vehicle incident on Eagle Drive in Dandenong North about 8.30pm.
According to a CFA report, the roads were wet at the time and light rain continued to fall during the extraction.
The Metropolitan Ambulance Service and police also attended the scene.
