CAN you hold a note, and do you love the atmosphere of Christmas?
Then you might be just the person to help bolster the choir at the annual Greater Dandenong Carols by Candlelight in Dandenong Park on December 19.
Organiser Renae McNamara said more voices were always needed for the three-hour show, which this year is headed by Denis Walter.
“The Dandenong Choral Society does a great job as the basis for the choir, but we are always looking for more voices,” Ms McNamara said.
“There is nothing better than a strong choir with everyone singing along to some of their favourite carols. It is one of the things that Christmas is all about.
“If you can help, call Ian McDonald, 0419 510 529.”
The carols, which will feature the City of Greater Dandenong Band, Denis Walter and Dandenong Youth Aria winner Samuel Dundas, are organised by the Greater Dandenong Chamber of Commerce, with sponsorship from VicUrban and the City of Greater Dandenong.
