HOT weather stopped many from attending the Vietnamese Tet Festival earlier this month.
Star photographer Luke Plummer arrived at the festival around lunchtime to find barely a soul in sight.
No surprises really, as that Saturday has been recorded as the hottest day in Victoria’s records, a sweltering, unbearable 46.6 degrees.
Greater Dandenong councillor Youhorn Chea said that while the hot weather kept many away during the day, many attended after the cool change at 6pm.
