POLICE have reunited mother and child after a toddler was found wandering in Clayton.
A motorist found the boy at Clayton Road and Carinish Road at about 4pm and took it to the Dandenong Police Station.
The mother contacted Clayton police a short time later to report him missing.
As part of protocol, the Department of Human Services was notified.
There will be no further police involvement.
