This gentle exercise can help to maintain strength, flexibility and balance. The classes are open to all fitness levels. No equipment is necessary, just comfortable clothes and shoes. – Meet in the court yard outside Springvale Neighbourhood House, 46-50 Queens Avenue, Springvale.
