HOMICIDE Squad detectives will set up an information caravan in Noble Park today as they continue to investigate the suspicious death of Springvale man Peter Danh.
Mr Danh, 36, was found dead on Prior Road about 10.20pm last Thursday and police suspect he met with foul play.
They would like to speak to anyone who was near Prior Road between 10pm and 10.20pm on 11 September, particularly two men seen in a silver Ford sedan in Prior Road.
It’s believed they stopped at the scene and performed a U-turn before driving back down Prior Road.
Mr Danh was last seen in Walsh Street, Noble Park, between 9pm and 10pm.
“We’re trying to piece together Peter’s movements in the hope we can get a better understanding of the circumstances surrounding his death,” Homicide Squad Inspector Mick Hughes said.
“Any information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, could be crucial to solving this case.”
Police will set up an information caravan in Prior Road from 2pm to 11pm today and are calling on anyone with information about the death to visit the van, call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential crime report via www.crimestoppersvic.com.au.
