Kia loyalty rewarded handsomely

IT’S not every day you get a call from a car company offering a free trip overseas.
As unusual as it is, that is exactly the experience of Peter Ebenwaldner from Linak Australia, a local business based in Hallam.
“I was sitting in my office and received a call from Kia explaining that due to my loyalty as a Kia owner, I had been nominated by Dandenong Kia to be a part of this trip of a lifetime to visit the Kia Headquarters in Korea,” Peter said.
“My first thought was this a prank call. Then reality set in and the rest is history,” says Peter.
Peter has purchased three Kia vehicles from Dandenong Kia over the past two years and has also referred three family members and friends who have also bought new cars from Dandenong Kia.
Dealer principal at Dandenong Kia, Craig Fyall, was over the moon to see the brand loyalty and business to business relationship built up between Peter and his Kia team at Dandenong Kia rewarded in the highest possible way.
“Although we do our best to ensure our customers enjoy their motoring experience, nothing can show our sincere appreciation in the way Kia Australia has towards their customers,” Craig explains.
“And clients like Peter see the benefits of arguably the best-backed vehicle on the market; seven-year warranty, seven-year capped price service and seven-year roadside assistance … what more can a person ask for?”
“A big congratulations go to Peter and the staff at Linak Australia for their business and loyalty, thank you to Kia Australia for making this happen and a big thank you to the entire Dandenong Kia team,” Craig said.
They say if it sounds too good to be true it usually is. In this case, it sounds just great. For your chance to be rewarded, and to experience the same levels of service, drop in and see Craig and the team at Dandenong Kia, 46 Lonsdale Street, Dandenong, or visit www.dandenongkia.com.au.
