Spring in their step

GREATER Dandenong residents can spring into summer with a free fitness program.
The council is offering the six-week Spring into Summer program for people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
Classes will be held at the same venue on the same day and time each week so participants can work them into their routines.
Qualified instructors will lead 12 classes, including yoga, tai chi, Zumba, boxing and AFL Active.
There will be classes designed for teens, and parents and babies.
The classes start on Monday 19 October and run until Friday 27 November, excluding the Melbourne Cup Day public holiday.
