Hunt for ‘unique’ tattoo man

A MAN allegedly bought alcohol from a Dandenong bottle shop soon after violently robbing another man last week.
Greater Dandenong CIU detectives say the victim was struck unconscious by a blow to the face from behind as he walked near the Foster Street bottle shop about 3.15pm on 6 October.
The robber then removed the victim’s bum bag and entered the bottle shop to buy drink.
He was last walking towards the nearby Dandenong railway station.
Police have released CCTV images of a man wanted in relation to the incident. The images show him talking on a phone as he purchases alcohol.
He is described as of Middle Eastern appearance, aged between 25 and 30, with an athletic build, a large nose and short dark hair.
He was carrying a black shopping bag and wearing white shorts, white runners and a black singlet top with a skull and cross bones motif on the front.
Police say the man has several “unique” tattoos on his left bicep and chest.
