Man had $1m in his wallet

A KEYSBOROUGH shopper has finally claimed his $1 million TattsLotto prize.
The anonymous winner from the south-east scored a division one prize in the Saturday 31 October draw but only came forward to claim it three weeks later.
He said he’d been busy carefully thinking over what he would do with his windfall.
“I suppose I’ve been carrying around a very expensive wallet!” he said.
“Paying off my mortgage is definitely my first priority.
“After that, I may have a little spare change for a holiday.
“Otherwise, I’ll continue living my normal everyday life but it will be so good to no longer have my mortgage hanging over my head.”
The man bought the ticket from Lucky Corner Lotto in Keysborough.
Store owners Martin and Suzette Najdek were over the moon after selling another first division winning entry this year.
“We are so happy that the winner has now come forward to claim their prize and they can start enjoying their windfall,” Mr Najdek said.
“It’s our second time lucky this year for us.
“We sold a division one winning Oz Lotto entry worth more than $5 million in March this year, so I hope this is a sign of many more to come.”
