Police are searching for Christopher Coles, who is known to frequent Dandenong.
The 24-year-old is wanted in relation to criminal damage charges.
He is about 187 centimetres tall with a thin build, brown hair, hazel eyes and a fair complexion.
He was last seen at a home in Searle Street, Horsham, on 27 October last year.
Police have urged anyone who saw Mr Coles to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or make a confidential report at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au.
