Police are appealing for public help to find missing Melbourne man Franyx Issa.
The 43-year-old was last seen at a petrol station on Princes Highway, Noble Park, about 4.30pm on Friday.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition and requires regular medication.
Investigators have released an image of Franyx in the hope that someone can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
