A person’s ashes were among an alleged burglary haul in Noble Park.
Greater Dandenong CIU alleged a 26-year-old Noble Park man stole a tin containing the ashes of the victim’s loved one, a mobile phone and a car on Saturday 12 May.
They charged him with burglary, theft and motor vehicle theft.
He will appear at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on Monday 2 July.
