Christine Cook, Frankston: "I'd feel safer. I hate coming to Dandenong at night."

A 17-year-old St Albans boy was arrested after allegedly being involved in a stabbing at a party in Springvale.

Police were called to a Daveys Way home just after midnight on March 31 after the victim received two stab wounds to his head.
