Women who have been controlled financially in a violent domestic relationship are invited to a free workshop in Dandenong next month.
WIRE Women’s Information will hold the two-session workshop from 9.45am-2.45pm on June 12 and 19 to shed light on tactics of financial control, such as needing a partner’s permission to go shopping or being told one is “useless with money”.
