TWO Springvale South men have been charged with cultivating and trafficking cannabis after a raid by Greater Dandenong Tasking Unit police officers last night.

The unit allegedly found a hydroponic crop of 250 cannabis plants and seized $15,000 of electrical equipment and tools used to grow the plants at a Springvale South address.

Thinh Loc, 50, and Dai Khanh Chan, 52, have been remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court this morning.

They were also charged with theft of electricity.
