Crane falls at Mulgrave hospital

Building works at The Valley Private Hospital were halted on Friday morning when a crane fell, causing what was described as minimal structural damage.

No one was injured and WorkSafe was called to the site to investigate. Engineers declared the Mulgrave hospital safe for staff and patient access.

Hospital services were continuing with minimal disruption, the management said.
