Emtivac pumped with export success

A Dandenong South vacuum pump engineering company has landed two multimillion-dollar overseas contracts. In a $2.6 million deal. Emtivac Engineering recently supplied eight liquid ring vacuum pump units for an alumina refinery in Saudi Arabia. It has also been awarded a $3.2 million contract for two liquid ring compressor packages for flare gas recovery at a Malaysian oil refinery. Managing director David Hobson said the projects were the company’s largest in its 15-year history.
