Boozy offender restrained

A man was charged with drunk, riotous behaviour after abusing and attempting to punch protective service officers at Dandenong railway station. The man was apprehended by the PSOs after he approached and abused them about 6.20pm on April 20. Police allege he then broke free and tried to punch and kick the PSOs. The man was also charged with possessing open liquor in public.
