POLICE seized 66 cannabis plants from a sophisticated hydroponic “grow house” in Springvale South on 30 July.
They arrested a 23-year-old man at the Wardale Road home when executing a Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act warrant.
He will answer charges of cultivating cannabis and other drug-related charges in Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 10 September.
