JANINE Russell is the sole carer for her 19-year-old daughter Sharamalee, who has a severe disability.
During a rare night off on 5 November, thieves stole her van from a friend’s home in Noble Park.
Her sister Carolyn Russell contacted the Journal in the hope someone might have seen the thieves or have information about the van’s whereabouts.
