Sex assault witnesses

A DANDENONG man, 39, has been charged with rape and remanded following an alleged incident at a Keysborough hotel.
Dandenong Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team (SOCIT) detectives are appealing for witnesses who saw the victim, a woman, running outside the Cheltenham Road venue between 7am and 7.15am on Friday 6 May.
