Dandenong burglars stopped by Coles after raiding credit cards from a Masters Street home.
Greater Dandenong CIU Senior Constable Blake Gilbert said the thieves entered between 3am and 7.30am on Sunday 21 January.
They searched through a lounge room and bedroom while the victims, two men aged 31 and 36, slept.
Sen Const Gilbert said the thieves stole three iPhones and a Samsung Galaxy phone plus wallet containing bank cards.
They used the cards at Coles in Dandenong about 7am, spending $95, $44 and $86 before the bank stepped in and stopped a further three transactions 10 minutes later.
Sen Const Gilbert urged anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
