Teen charged on JB assault

A BORONIA teenager has been charged in relation to an assault on a man at Dandenong’s JB-HiFi entertainment store on Monday 16 April.
Police said information from Crime Stoppers as a result of extensive media coverage helped.
On 3 May detectives executed a search warrant in Boronia and charged a 19-year-old Boronia man in relation to the assault.
He appeared last week at the Ringwood Magistrates Court and faced charges including recklessly causing serious injury, assault with a weapon and conduct endangering life.
