THE Dandenong Panthers head to Shepparton on Saturday to take on Hawthorn-Monash Uni in a Premier Cricket League one-day game.
As part of the country round concept, the limited overs games are being played right across Victoria, including at Wonthaggi and Terang.
It is the first of three consecutive one-day games.
As the Panthers get set to pounce on the two-day Premier League finals, the one-day game against the talented Hawthorn-Monash outfit gives Dandenong a chance to get rid of any Christmas rust.
Dandenong’s next two-day assignment begins on 3 February against Hawthorn-Monash.
