This is the man police wish to speak with in relation to an POLICE are searching for a man who masturbated in front of two young girls in Springvale.
Detectives at Greater Dandenong Crime Investigation Unit (CIU) this week released an image of the man believed to have exposed himself to two girls aged 10 and 11 in Hillcrest Grove, Springvale, on Thursday, 23 November last year.
According to detectives, the two girls were walking along the street at 3.30pm when the man in a blue sedan asked them for directions. Detectives said the man then exposed his penis to the girls and began masturbating.
Police said the man was described as Caucasian, aged in his 40s, has a greying moustache and is balding.
At the time he was wearing a dark blue baseball cap, sunglasses, a T-shirt and jeans.
