IT WAS a day like no other at the Dandenong High School last week as the Governor-General made a special appearance.
Quentin Bryce spoke to students and teachers after accepting principal Martin Culkin’s invitation to see first-hand the award-winning designed school.
Students were in awe as the charismatic Ms Bryce stepped into their classrooms to check out the new technology, listen to presentations and view the students’ art and other school work.
Mr Culkin said the visit was “magnificent” for the school.
