A THIEF has handed a Keysborough bank teller a note demanding cash in a brazen afternoon robbery.
Police today released footage of a man entering the Parkmore Shopping Centre bank on Cheltenham Road between 1.30pm and 2pm on Tuesday 13 May.
He approached a teller, handed over a note and demanded cash before repeating “fifties, fifties”.
His hand was inside his jacket and the teller believed he was carrying a weapon.
She handed over cash and the thief fled the premises along Cheltenham Road.
He’s described as Caucasian in appearance and unshaven with blue eyes, brown collar-length hair and a medium build.
Investigators have released images of a man that might assist with their inquiries.
