EARLIER
A TRUCK has rolled over at the South Gippsland Highway and Pound Road intersection in Dandenong South, about 2.30pm today.
Police, ambulance, VicRoads and CFA are all on the scene.
The truck, carrying compressed paper, was heading towards Dandenong.
Access to the industrial area opposite Pound Road is restricted.
