A Dandenong expo will help participants to take charge of their health this weekend.
The free event will run from 10am to 3.30pm on Sunday 2 April at Dandenong Polish-Australian Seventh-Day Adventist Church at 100 James Street.
Visitors can learn their health age and get glucose and cholesterol tests, blood pressure screenings, fitness testing, body fat analysis and more.
There’ll be health lectures and free consultations about the simple lifestyle changes to improve health.
