A cigarette thief punched his victim in the head at Dandenong railway station, police allege.
Greater Dandenong CIU Detective Senior Constable Christine Johnstone said the victim, 22, from Frankston, was in the station toilets about 8.50pm on Thursday 11 May.
She said a 19-year-old, from Dandenong, punched him and stole his money and cigarettes.
Police arrested the teen a short time later.
