Police are appealing for video footage from the public following an assault on a Pakenham man outside Dandenong Hospital.
Greater Dandenong CIU investigators are looking into the circumstances of an affray outside the David Street hospital about 3.30pm on Tuesday 22 August.
A 47-year-old man suffered minor injuries during the incident and was released from hospital after observation.
Police declined to speak further on what exactly took place.
Investigators are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or has CCTV or mobile phone footage to come forward.
A Monash Health spokeswoman said the incident occurred outside the hospital, and police were handling the matter.
