City-bound drivers on the Monash are facing delays this afternoon after three right lanes remain closed following an earlier collision near the Burke Road junction.
The right lane heading outbound has been re-opened after it was temporarily closed.
VicRoads Incident Response and Emergency Services are on site.
The speed limit has been reduced to 40km/h through the area.
Traffic is heavy on the approach.
VicRoads asks that people travelling through the area allow extra time for their journey.
If possible they should avoid the area and seek an alternative route such as the Princes Highway.
