Car stolen in agg burg

A family’s car has been stolen from their driveway during an aggravated burglary in Springvale South.

Burglars broke-in through an unlocked side-door, taking the car keys to a 2011 Honda CRV vehicle at the Corio Drive home about 6.30pm on Sunday 16 June.

A 20-year-old man in his bedroom at the time was alerted to the intrusion when he saw his mother’s Honda being driven away.

The vehicle was later recovered in Latimer Street, Noble Park.
