ALL Dandenong retailers are invited to a free networking night on Tuesday 4 June.
The Dandenong Retail Traders’ Association (DRTA) is holding the event at the Drum Theatre, corner Walker and Lonsdale streets, Dandenong, from 6pm to 7.30pm.
DRTA chairwoman Glenys Cooper said the night was a great opportunity to find out what was happening in and around Dandenong and meet other retailers, council representatives and more.
“This will be a wonderful opportunity for current members to bring along someone new or is the chance for someone who has been contemplating joining to come along to an informal evening and discover the benefits of being a DRTA member,” she said.
“If other retailers know you, and your business, then they are more likely to refer their customers to you when your services are required.”
There will be giveaway bags for all those attending, a lucky draw and free drinks and nibbles.
The DRTA mission is to promote retail business in central Dandenong by providing information, networking and access to federal, state and local authorities.
City of Greater Dandenong Mayor Angela Long will host the function. Registration is essential.
