Window smash foiled

POLICE are searching for a would-be burglar who tried to break a Dandenong home’s window.
He removed the flyscreen on a window adjacent to a Ronald Street home’s driveway about 9.45am on 20 November and unsuccessfully used a house brick to try to smash the glass.
When a neighbour disturbed him he ran west from the scene and out of sight.
He’s described as being Asian, in his 30s and about 173 centimetres tall with a solid build and short hair.
He was wearing blue pants and a grey top and carrying a blue shopping bag.
Call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 with any information.
