Man killed in work accident

By CASEY NEILL

A 29-YEAR-OLD man has been killed by falling machinery at a Keysborough worksite.
Police were called to the incident at a Kirkham Road West concreting company about 12.30pm on Thursday 12 November.
It’s believed a piece of machinery fell off a forklift and landed on the man, who died at the scene.
Earlier the same day, a 25-year-old Doveton man died while servicing an air-conditioning unit in Braeside.
The man was electrocuted during routine maintenance on the roof of the Canterbury Road site about 10.30am, Victoria Police said.
He died at the scene.
WorkSafe is investigating both incidents.
