Driver refuses to stop

Police are investigating an incident that occurred in Doveton on 27 January.

At approximately 4:50pm police observed a red Holden VY ute in Cootamundra Street, Doveton bearing stolen registration plates.

Police have indicated to the driver that they wished to speak to him by activating their emergency lights, however, he has driven away down Banksia Street before later being seen on Princes Highway.

Police have released images of a distinctive vehicle and man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
