Woman flashes gun in takeaway raid

POLICE are appealing to the public to help find a woman who robbed a Red Rooster fast-food outlet in Springvale last week.
Police said the woman was using the drive-through in a Mazda 323 at the Springvale Road fast-food outlet about 9pm on Friday, 21 July.
Police said she spoke to the attendant, revealed a black handgun and demanded money.
The cashier handed over a quantity of cash in a Red Rooster paper bag and the woman drove off south in Springvale Road.
