POLICE have finalised warrants in Dandenong and Springvale over the past 15 weeks.
The Victoria Police Operational Response Unit, based in Melbourne, has tracked down 123 offenders and cleared 187 outstanding warrants, mainly related to failure to appear in court.
Acting Senior Sergeant Duncan Bartley of Dandenong police said: “This is in addition to our normal day-to-day work and gives the police service area additional resources to deal with responses.”
