AN 18-YEAR-OLD Eumemmerring man will answer 14 charges over a series of ram-raids last Thursday.
Police allege he used a stolen car to smash into five small businesses in two hours on 5 February, in Noble Park North, Keysborough, Dandenong, Doveton and Hallam.
They allege he stole cash registers and cash and dumped the car involved at a park in Frawley Road, Eumemmerring.
Greater Dandenong CIU Detective Sergeant Glen Cruse said they arrested the man on Sunday night and charged him with five counts of burglary, five counts of criminal damage, two counts of theft, one count of theft of a motorbike, and one count of handling stolen goods.
A Dandenong magistrate bailed him on Monday to reappear on 18 March.
